Project Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation of services before the project has started.
If the project has already begun, cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the amount of work completed.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
Duplicate payment
Project cancellation before work has started
Failure to deliver agreed services due to company reasons
Refunds are not applicable in cases where:
Work has already been delivered
Client changes project requirements after development begins
Delay occurs due to lack of client communication
Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.
